This carefully designed 18-day expedition combines the cultural richness of the Annapurna Circuit with an exciting alpine ascent. The journey begins with a scenic drive from Kathmandu through lush hills and traditional villages before entering the beautiful Manang Valley. As you trek through charming settlements such as Chame, Pisang, Humde, and Yak Kharka, you'll experience the unique Tibetan-influenced culture, ancient monasteries, dramatic landscapes, and stunning Himalayan scenery.

Gradual acclimatization is a key part of the itinerary, allowing your body to adapt safely to increasing altitude before moving to Chulu Far East Base Camp and High Camp. Under the guidance of experienced climbing guides, you'll receive basic mountaineering instruction, including the use of crampons, ice axe, harness, fixed ropes, and other essential climbing techniques.

Summit day is the highlight of the expedition. After an early alpine start, you'll climb snow slopes and glaciated terrain to reach the summit, where unforgettable 360-degree views await. Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350 m)

Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our representative will warmly welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. After check-in, relax and recover from your journey. In the evening, attend a welcome briefing covering the expedition, equipment, permits, and final preparations.

Kathmandu Sightseeing & Climbing Preparation

Spend the day exploring Kathmandu or shopping for any remaining personal climbing equipment. Our climbing guide will inspect your gear and provide a comprehensive briefing on climbing techniques, safety procedures, and the expedition itinerary.

Drive from Kathmandu to Besisahar (800 m)

Drive Duration: Approximately 6–7 hours

Travel through scenic river valleys, terraced farmland, and traditional Nepali villages before reaching Besisahar, the gateway to the Annapurna region.

Day 04

Drive from Besisahar to Chame (2,670 m)

Drive Duration: Approximately 6–7 hours (4WD)

A rugged mountain drive follows the Marsyangdi River through forests, waterfalls, and dramatic mountain landscapes before arriving in Chame, the headquarters of Manang District.

Day 05

Trek from Chame to Pisang (3,200 m)

Walking Time: 5–6 hours

Trek through dense pine forests and beautiful valleys while enjoying excellent views of Lamjung Himal and Annapurna II before reaching Upper Pisang.

Day 06

Trek from Pisang to Humde (3,280 m)

Walking Time: 3–4 hours

A relatively short trek through traditional villages and open landscapes allows additional acclimatization while enjoying magnificent mountain scenery.

Acclimatization Day at Humde (3,280 m)

A full day dedicated to acclimatization. Short hikes around the surrounding hills help prepare your body for higher elevations while enjoying stunning Himalayan views.

Trek from Humde to Yak Kharka (3,750 m)

Walking Time: 5–6 hours

Gradually ascend through alpine meadows and grazing pastures, entering increasingly rugged high-altitude terrain.

Trek to Chulu Far East Base Camp (4,200 m)

Walking Time: 5–6 hours

Leave the main trekking trail and ascend towards the remote Base Camp, surrounded by spectacular Himalayan landscapes.

Acclimatization & Climbing Training at Base Camp

Today is reserved for acclimatization and practical climbing instruction. Learn and practice the use of climbing equipment, fixed ropes, crampons, ice axe, and glacier travel techniques.

Trek to High Camp (5,300 m)

Walking Time: Approximately 4 hours

A steady climb over rocky and snowy terrain leads to High Camp. After lunch, rest and prepare for the summit attempt.

Walking Time: 8–10 hours
